The property has a fully equipped kitchen diner. With modern appliances and cookware, you can prepare home cooked meals easily during your stay. Also sharing this area is another living area with a multi-fuel log burner to create a truly cosy space.
Head to the master bedroom and you’ll find a tranquil space. Boasting a comfortable, king size bed with premium bedding, every care has been taken to ensure you enjoy your sleep at 1 Montrose Street.
The second and third bedrooms in the property are ideal for families with children and teenagers. The second bedroom is a twin, whilst the third boasts a plush single bed.
The family bathroom includes a bathtub with overhead shower, a WC and a wash basin.
Outside, you'll find an enclosed yard to the rear of 1 Montrose Street. There is also a patio at the front of the property, enjoy your morning cuppa on the bench and watch the world go by.

Located in the heart of Saltburn-by-the-Sea on the North Yorkshire coast, you’ll be perfectly placed just a short walk from independent shops, bars, bistros and restaurants as well as the beach and lower promenade. Take the oldest functioning cliff lift in the UK down to the promenade and you’ll arrive at the 208-metre pier which stretches out into the sea. The long sandy shores are overlooked by colourful boutique beach huts and high cliffs tower in the distance.
Saltburn has plenty of beautiful walks too. The Valley Gardens are a maze of paths and tracks which wind through the flowers and woodland. If you want to explore further, The Cleveland Way National Trail is over 100 miles long and Saltburn is included. If you fancy a 17.5 mile jaunt, start at Saltburn and walk your way to Sandsend. This walk is a great way to explore the North Yorkshire coastline and the views are truly beautiful!
The property is within walking distance of all that Saltburn has to offer and within 30 minutes’ drive time of Staithes, Whitby, Middlesbrough and the North Yorkshire Moors.
Saltburn Train Station is a short walk away and has routes to Longbeck, Redcar, Middlesbrough and Darlington with connecting trains to Newcastle, York, Leeds, Manchester and London.
There are plenty of bus routes throughout Saltburn. Hop on the Arriva North East route and you can visit beautiful coastal villages like Staithes, Runswick Bay and Whitby. The Moorsbus route has drop offs at Newton Under Roseberry, Great Ayton, Stokesley and Helmsley.
Guests have access to the full property. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.
There is free on street parking available directly outside the property or on the surrounding streets. All spaces are on a first come first serve basis and no permit is needed.
