Absolutely loved our stay here. Clean, modern and well equipped accommodation and an excellent location. The parking permit is a great idea! I would thoroughly recommend - can’t wait to come back!

Location fantastic, just a short walk down the steps to the town. Little coffee shop/ice cream parlour opposite. Pay and display parking opposite or free W parking close by. Exactly like the pictures. Lovely comfy beds. Nice cool bedrooms with them being downstairs. Bedrooms downstairs was a novelty for our children!
Some bathroom items were tarnished (toilet roll holder) and some damp patches were visible on the bedroom window sealant. A quick fix to ensure high standards are maintained.
Coffee, tea, sugar provided is a nice touch however this would be better in sealed sachets.

Exceptional

Check-in was smooth, clear instructions were sent to us by email. Communication was excellent throughout. This is a lovely apartment in the best possible location and the view is spectacular! We have really enjoyed our stay; it's just a walk across the road and down the steps to the beach and only 5 minutes into the town centre. The décor is modern and pleasant- well planned. The comfortable King-size beds in both bedrooms are a bonus. The kitchen is excellent, very well equipped and we liked the open plan design. I highly recommend Beach View and look forward to going again some time now that we've found it.

I loved the location of this property it was straight up from the beach, short walk to the centre and an ice cream shop opposite!
The property was very modern, the master room was huge and both rooms were cool which was lovely when it was hot out. Great view of the sea when eating breakfast.

This is a lovely flat right on the seafront. The location really couldn't be better with fantastic views and access to beach etc, but it was still nice and quiet as you're just out of the town centre. A 5 minute walk takes you to the bars and cafes. It's well equipped with all the amenities you could want.

Do note however that they ask you to send personal information to a company called Superhog, even sending a text message with 'click this link' (really? in 2022). I got in touch to say I wasn't willing to hand over personal data electronically to an unknown third party and they said it wasn't compulsory. But worth being aware of.

The location was perfect just a short walk from the main centre but away from the crowds. Apartment was modern and clean and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay.
The apartment lacked hanging space for clothes and the bathroom could do with a shelf for toiletries

We had a fabulous stay as a family in the accommodation, it was perfect. The location, style and cleanliness was superb! The communication with the team was spot on, i very much recommend staying at the Beach View. ?

Beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean and ideally located. This is the perfect base for a visit to Whitby.

Location and accommodation were great. We really enjoyed our stay. Beds are very comfortable and it warms up quickly with the radiators. Front door handles abit tricky, you have to pull it much farther down than expected, almost so tip handles touching the door frame so it took a few try’s to get in, but once you’ve got the trick it’s fine.

Stylish, modern and exceptionally clean apartment, with a view of the sea. Ideal if you don’t want to be in the middle of the town centre, with tourists staring in your windows! Yet it’s only a 10 minute walk to the ‘front’.

Beach View was a beautiful and relaxing place to stay, a stone's throw away from the beach. It was lovely having breakfast in the morning watching the sunrise and boats sailing past. When we arrived it was a bit early to check in so we parked in one of the two car parks opposite the property which it turned out were free to park in in the winter months (I think they start charging in March) so this was a nice surprise that we had no need to worry about getting the pass from the property to be able to park close by. There was milk in the fridge on arrival and teas and coffees in the cupboard along with a Nespresso machine so I didn't have to worry about stocking up on some essentials. Beds were comfy. A little soap, Conditioner and Shampoo were provided. Would book again, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Beach View is a great place to stay in Whitby due to its excellent location on the west cliff, within a stones throw of the iconic whale bones. The accomodation was very well thought out, nicely decorated and had every amenity you could need. The sea view is fantastic also, very calming.
We had our two children with us; a 4 month old baby and 5 year old son, and the accomodation was well suited to our needs.

We had a slight issue with the ensuite in master bedroom, but Airbnb compensated us for this inconvenience.

Stay were very quick to respond to all communication.

Wow this place is absolutely lovely, 2 adults plus toddler- loads of space for us all. Clean, furnished really nicely and it was so nice and warm!
Perfect location just across the road from the beach and easy walk into the town.
We can’t wait to visit again in the spring!

Location was great. The flat was very clean and very quiet at night.
The main door code didn’t work! This caused much anxiety because we’d never know if we could get back into the flat. We tried to get into the flat at one point and couldn’t so had to stay out a few hours and try again later, at which time the door did thankfully work.

This property has been fitted out to a high modern standard.
The property is vey clean and well laid out.
All chairs and beds vey comfortable.
It was great to sit having breakfast looking out to sea and do some people watching.
A few minor issues which can be resolved by more focused maintenance.
1. Near the front window of the living room there is a patch where the paint appears to have been scraped off by something?
2. The doors to the separate bedroom and toilet do not close properly
3. Bathroom at bottom of stairs, When showering water leaks through where the screen and wall meet creating quite a puddle
4. The extractors in both bathrooms do not work and this will create too much steam and mould if not addressed
5. Both toilet seats slide around and don’t appear to be fitted securely

The location of the property was excellent and the view from the window of the sea was fantastic.
The property was beautifully decorated and comfortable and had everything you could want on your holiday.

Parking was a bit of an issue for us. It was expensive to park on the road or public car park and not always very convenient.

Great location and a wonderful apartment! Could benefit from a welcome pack and more cleaning products (so make sure you pack everything you’ll need for your stay) but otherwise this has everything you need.

The apartment was really lovely and clean - everything you need, including a washer dryer and a nespresso machine which was a lovely touch. As was the pint of milk waiting in the fridge for a cuppa!
The apartment is right on the sea front with a coffee and ice cream shop across the road, and only a few minutes walk in into Whitby town centre.
We stayed with two small children and there was so much to do within a walk of the apartment that we only drove to go to specific places further afield that we had planned for (Scarborough is about 30 minutes in the car and Robin Hoods bay is 10 minutes and really lovely!).
We were worried about parking but it wasn’t much of an issue. Parking is free between 6 or 7pm and 9am right outside. We rented a parking space 10 minutes walk away for days we didn’t need the car, but it really wouldn’t have been too much of an issue. The machines accept card payments - only problem is you can’t pay for a full day but if you are staying local then that really isn’t an issue. We were always able to get a space when we wanted one!
We will defo be back to Whitby and would be very happy to stay here again!

This place was just perfect for a few sunny days away with the family! Super close to the beach, the town and the free outdoor pool for the kids, along with the cute shops and bars of Whitby! Beautiful apartment that had everything we needed - milk in the fridge was a bonus too! We will be back x

Everything was so modern and clean. Everything supplied even down to the toilet rolls. Couldn't have asked for anymore. Will definitely book again. Plenty of help and support via app thankyou.
The directions finding the building was a little scetchy as there was a few houses and hotels with the same name.maybe clear sign on front might help.

The apartment was perfectly situated with great views of beach front and cliffs. It was exactly as described, incredibly clean with all the furniture and interior of the property recently refurbished. Communication was frequent and very helpful. Would highly recommend

We loved this accommodation, such a great location and perfect in every way. The place was lovely, modern and clean with easy self check in. Great position on the West Cliff overlooking the bay and we were lucky enough to see some stunning sunsets.
We especially loved sitting in the bay window with a glass of wine and a 'people watch' whilst the kids slept in the evenings. We will without doubt book this place again. Highly recommend
